WASHINGTON — Total frozen poultry supplies on June 30, 2016, were up five percent from the previous month and up 11 percent from a year ago, reports USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service.
Total stocks of chicken in cold storage were up one percent from the previous month and up 12 percent from last year.
Total pounds of turkey in freezers were up 11 percent from July's figures and up nine percent from June 30, 2015.
