WASHINGTON — Bellisio Foods Inc. in Jackson, Ohio, is recalling approximately 12,180 pounds of a Thai Kitchen Chicken Pad Thai frozen entrée product due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen, USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced. The product contains soy protein isolate, a known allergen, which is not declared on the product label.
Products being recalled are 10-ounce packages, eight per case of “Thai Kitchen Chicken Pad Thai frozen entrée with “SELL BY SEP 30 15” date and case code “xxxx09841078” or with “SELL BY OCT 17 15” date and case code “xxxx11541078”
