ATLANTA — The National Safety Conference for the Poultry Industry will be held June 6-8 at the Sawgrass Marriott Resort & Spa at Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla.
The conference is supported by the National Chicken Council, National Turkey Federation, Georgia Poultry Federation, Georgia Tech Research Institute and the Agricultural Technology Research Program of the Georgia Tech Research Institute.
The agenda will include an official view of the Occupational Safety & Health Administration enforcement practices and regulatory policies; industrial hygiene in the poultry industry including health hazards as well as chemical concerns; and food safety including intervention strategies to reduce foodborne. . .
