SALISBURY, Md. — As part of a company commitment to strengthen communities, Perdue Farms has awarded a $100,000 Franklin P. and Arthur W. Perdue Foundation grant to enable Hope and Life Outreach (HALO) Ministries to expand bathroom and shower facilities at HALO’s homeless shelter.
Perdue also delivered a six-month supply of chicken to help serve those in need through the HALO Café.
“Having the support of Perdue and the Foundation is a blessing. Their very generous monetary donation will allow us to begin moving towards the building of showers and additional restrooms for our men’s shelter,” said. . .
