ST. CHARLES, Mo. — Novus International Inc. has announced that François Fraudeau plans to retire as president and CEO after 28 years with the company. Novus's Board of Directors has decided to hire a former Novus executive, Dan Meagher, to be the next president and CEO, effective April 1, 2020.
To ensure a smooth transition, Meagher will join the company on Oct. 14, 2019, as executive vice president and general manager prior to assuming the role of president and CEO in April. Meagher previously held the position of president and CEO with Agrivida Inc.
