SAINT MARYS, Ga. — The National Poultry & Food Distributors Association's Scholarship Foundation has announced the winners of its 2014-2015 scholarships awarded to full-time students pursuing pursuing an agriculture, poultry or food science (related) degree.
The winners, college attending, course of study and scholarship awarded are:
- Lesleigh Beer of Huntsville, Ark., University of Arkansas Fayetteville, Dale Bumpers College of AFLS; Poultry Science — Albin S. Johnson Memorial Scholarship.
- Jake Tench of Cornelia, Ga., University of Georgia; Ag Econ/Ag Business — William Manson Family Memorial Scholarship.
