Ingredients:
1 4-6 pounds turkey breast
Pesto sauce (instructions below)
Smoked turkey sausage stuffing (instructions below)
1/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation:
To bone turkey breast: Use fresh, thawed or partially thawed turkey breast and a sharp boning knife. Cut membrane between skin and turkey. Pull off skin. Starting at neck cavity, cut along top edge of breast bone. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
