Lechter will continue his role at CWT as president.
Yeager comes to CWT with 39 years of experience and a solid leadership background developed throughout his career while working in executive level positions within multiple industry channels which includes several Fortune 500 companies.
“His breadth of responsibilities included; operations, engineering, continuous improvement, business development, and sustainability,” the company said. “(His) experience and skills will help CWT continue its growth and enhance the company’s expert reputation in the wastewater treatment industry.”
A registered professional engineer and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Yeager is uniquely qualified to steer the Clean Water Technology organization to new heights, the company added.
