ATHENS, Ga. — A workshop on Poultry Processing & Safety will be held Aug. 26-28 at the University of Georgia  in Athens, Ga.

The three-day workshop will showcase the latest developments in poultry processing as well as provide innovative approaches for improving poultry safety.

The workshop will also highlight cutting-edge technologies in poultry processing and ingredient technologies being applied to improve the safety and quality of poultry meat products.
