ATHENS, Ga. — A workshop on Poultry Processing & Safety will be held Aug. 26-28 at the University of Georgia in Athens, Ga.
The three-day workshop will showcase the latest developments in poultry processing as well as provide innovative approaches for improving poultry safety.
