OAKWOOD, Ga. — Wayne-Sanderson Farms joined forces with Taste of the South as one of the Capitol-level sponsors of its 41st annual charity gala in Washington D.C., in July. The event featured Southern food, music, and hospitality, with proceeds from this year’s event supporting 14 charities based in 13 southern states and Washington, D.C. Each of these beneficiary organizations provide critical resources and services to support individuals and families affected by mental health challenges, organizers said.
