SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — Chick-fil-A, the quick service restaurant chain based in Atlanta, received an “excellent” customer satisfaction rating in 2011, according to a Quick Track survey by Sandelman & Associates.
Chick-fil-A headed a list of 10 limited-service chains that received an “excellent” rating from 63 percent of customers who visited one of its stores in the past three months.
Sandelman surveyed more than 107,400 limited-service restaurant users in 87 media markets.
