WASHINGTON — Kanani Foods of Las Vegas, Nev., is recalling approximately 59 pounds of various chicken products because the products were not produced under a fully implemented Ready-To-Eat Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) plan, USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced.
The products recalled are 12-ounce bowls of Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowls and Orange Chicken Rice Bowls. The products were produced June 24-30, 2014, and then distributed for retail sale in Nevada.
