LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Award winning gardener and lifestyle expert P. Allen Smith will host the second installment of his educational poultry workshops at his Moss Mountain Farm home Sept. 21 in response to the trend of raising backyard poultry.
"I felt compelled to host these workshops because raising chickens in suburban areas is becoming increasingly popular and is very rewarding," Smith said. "I want to equip everyone to raise chickens in a homestead of any size and have the skills to raise them well."
