MINNEAPOLIS — How do you spell a record-breaking, poultry focused trade show? P.E.A.K.
This year’s PEAK expo set records, according to organizers, with its largest ever exhibit hall that was comprised of 277,200 square feet, and 266 companies, of which 47 were brand new exhibitors.
Led by the Midwest Poultry Federation, and for decades known as the Midwest Show, four years ago was rebranded into PEAK — Progress, Experience, Advancement and Knowledge. It’s recognized as the largest trade show in the U.S. that focuses strictly on poultry production and business.
