URBANDALE, Iowa — During its 2017 Fall Festival, the Iowa Poultry Association launched its IPA Emerging Leader Program.
Kevin Stiles, IPA executive director, said, "The goal of the Emerging Leader Program is to aid in building individuals that might more effectively contribute to the future of the poultry industry through growth in their own personal careers."
The association notes they wish to accomplish this goal through providing targeted growth and development opportunities for professional development. . .
