TEACHEY, N.C. — Following a devastating fire at its Wallace, N.C.-based processing plant in February, House of Raeford Farms has officially selected a contractor to manage the rebuilding process.
House of Raeford is partnering with Fitts & Goodwin, a general contractor and construction company based in Columbia, S.C., to build the new Wallace processing facility.
"Fitts & Goodwin shares House of Raeford's commitments to community and quality, as evidenced by the state-of-the-art hatchery they built for our company in Monetta, S.C., in 2016," said Bob Johnson, House of Raeford president and CEO. . .
