GAINESVILLE, Ga. — USDA has completed audits on China's food safety production measures that will allow China to export chicken products to the U.S.
The Food Safety & Inspection Service reported that examination of China's processing system found it to be equivalent to U.S. food safety procedures.
The audit focused on performance of six specific criteria.to establish equivalency: (1) government oversight; (2) statutory authority and food safety regulation, (3) sanitation, (4) hazard. . .
