Chicken products recalled for possible Listeria monocytogenes

WASHINGTON — USDA's Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced that two companies are recalling chicken products that contain diced onions that are the subject of a Food & Drug Administration recall due to possible Listeria monocytogenes contamination.

Huxtable's Kitchen of Vernon, Calif., is recalling approximately 5,610 pounds of barbeque chicken salads; and LSG Sky Chefs if Orlando, Fla., is recalling approximately 735 pounds of ready-to-eat chipotle chicken wrap products.

Huxable's Kitchen products are 14.5-ounce trays of "Trader Joe's BBA Chicken Salad.." The product the establishment number "P-11079" inside. . .
