WASHINGTON — Registration is now open for the Annual Meat Conference to be held Feb. 21-23 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Conference Center in Nashville, Tenn.
The annual conference is sponsored by the North American Meat Institute and the Food Marketing Institute.
Educational sessions will include a variety of ways to explore the latest developments in meat retailing today.
Topics include a regulatory update, technology and the speed of information, consumer trends driving meat innovation, the economy and its impact on business, e-commerce trends and growth, the Millennial shopper, dietary guidelines and consumer consumption trends.
