OMAHA, Neb. — The 2012 American Agri-Women Midyear Meeting will be in Nebraska City, Neb., on March 29 through April 1, at the Lied Lodge.
The meeting focus will be to discuss current policies and positions under the direction of Anna Morrison, AAW StART (Strategic Action Response Team) coordinator.
Speakers, who will address vital issues facing the agricultural industry, include Dr. Gary E. Sides, cattle nutritionist, Pfizer Animal Health, and Melissa Keyes, Nebraska Agricultural Youth Council, University of Nebraska-Lincoln. There will be a panel discussion on animal rights moderated by Mindy Paterson, AAW Horse Welfare chairwoman.
