WASHINGTON — The World Trade Organization Appellate Body has rejected India's appeal of its ban on U.S. poultry imports.

The WTO Appellate Body agreed with a previous panel report, handing the United States a victory in a dispute challenging India’s ban on various U.S. agricultural products.
