TUCKER, Ga. — The 2015 USPOULTRY Women’s Leadership Conference, a platform for women in various levels of management and responsibilities who want to grow as leaders in their organizations, communities and careers, will be held Aug. 27-28, at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Professional women within the industry will provide their perspectives and insights on a variety of topics that are both practical and timely.
“Successful women analyze their unique strengths and challenges, focus on continuous improvement in all aspects of their lives and help empower other women. Regardless of age, we all face similar challenges in our careers. If we want to get ahead and stay ahead, it’s important that we invest in ourselves and our career. This interactive, engaging program will be useful at all professional levels,” said program committee chairperson Tracy Riggins, Keystone Foods.
Agenda topics include: Profiles of Industry Women in Leadership Roles; Mentoring Young Professionals . . . What Matters to Them; Tips for Relieving Stress and Increasing Productivity; Leadership Excellence; and The Power of a Woman: Turning Challenges into Achievements.
The conference program agenda was developed by a team of professional women with various levels of management responsibilities.
