LANCASTER, Pa.— Wenger’s Feed Mill, Inc. and Pennfield Corp. announced that they have entered into an agreement for the purchase by Wenger Feeds of Pennfield’s poultry feed manufacturing plant located in West Hempfield Township, Lancaster County, Pa..
“We are excited to work with Pennfield to acquire this milling location and the additional capacity, employee expertise and capabilities it will bring for our customers,” said Barry Shaw, owner and chairman of the board of Wenger Feeds. “We feel this acquisition is a natural fit as we look strategically towards our future.”
