WASHINGTON — The American Meat Institute has announced that it will host the Validation Workshop at the 2015 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE), the world's largest annual feed, meat and poultry industry trade show, scheduled for Jan. 27-29, 2015 in Atlanta, Ga.
This two-hour session will discuss the scientific, regulatory and practical components of food process validation, a key aspect of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) system.
