ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Jim Dean of Center Fresh Egg Farm in Sioux Center, Iowa, has been re-elected to serve as chairman of the United Egg Producers for the coming year.
Officers and members of the board of directors were elected during the recent UEP annual meeting in New Mexico.
Other officers are Ron Truex, Creighton Brothers, Atwood, Ind., first vice chairman; Cliff Lillywhite, Oakdell Egg Farms, North Salt Lake, Utah, second vice chairman; Brian Barrett, Feather Crest Farms, Bryan, Texas, treasurer; Greg Satrum, Willamette Egg Farms, Canby, Ore., secretary; and David Lathem, Lathem Farms, Pendergrass, Ga., past chairman.
