Tyson Foods donates to N.C. hunger relief

RALEIGH, N.C. — Tyson Foods Inc. has donated more than 30,000 pounds of protein to the Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina to help fight hunger in North Carolina.

The donation will allow the food bank to add protein to thousands of summer meals so that area children and their families can continue to access meals during the 2012 Kids Summer Stock Campaign.
