Samuel Pardue named UGA dean of College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences

ATHENS, Ga. — Dr. Samuel Pardue, a noted poultry science researcher and administrator at North Carolina State University, has been named dean and director of the University of Georgia’s College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.

Pardue was recently associate dean and director of academic programs at NCSU’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, and his appointment at UGA began March 14.
