CHICAGO — Registration for "IFT15: Where Science Feeds Innovation," to be held July 11-14 at McCormick Place in Chicago, is now open. The event is sponsored by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), a non-profit scientific society of food scientists, technologists and related professionals from academia, government and industry.
The institute noted that IFT15 will feature the very latest food products, the hottest food trends and the most important developments in the world of food science.
General sessions will discuss and debate questions that impact the global food system, explore the changing roles of women in the food industry. . .
