Poultry Protein & Fat Seminar emphasizes safe operations

TUCKER, Ga. — Rendering professionals from around the country recently gathered in Nashville, Tenn., for the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association’s 2023 Poultry Protein & Fat Seminar. Presentations were offered on an array of topics including regulatory updates, process validations, wastewater treatment, customer expectations, effluent management and more.
