ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Governor Larry Hogan has announced enhanced Phosphorus Management Tool (PMT) regulations as part of a broader “Maryland Agriculture Phosphorus Initiative,” to further Maryland’s efforts to improve water quality, strengthen the agricultural industry and bolster rural economies.
