VAIL, Colo. — Paul Sauder, owner of Penn Dutch Eggs, was elected chairman of the board of the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC) for 2022-23 during the 2022 USAPEEC Annual Meeting in Vail, Colo.
Sauder served as first vice chairman for the last two years. He will head the board, which sets policy and provides direction to USAPEEC, an organization whose mission is to promote and increase exports of U.S. chicken, turkey, duck, and egg products worldwide. He succeeds Chaz Wilson, Pilgrim’s, who had the role the last two years.
