Nebraska Poultry Industries convention planned

MILFORD — The Nebraska Poultry Industries will hold its 48th annual NPI Convention on Feb. 21-22 at the Ramada Inn & River’s Edge Conference Center in Columbus, Neb.

Topics for educational sessions include poultry depopulation for highly pathogenic avian influenza, modulating the immune response of the bird, livestock waste management, developing a biosecurity plan and a Nebraska legislative update.

The Nebraska Poultry Industries will also hold a quarterly meeting and elect officers and directors.

New for 2018 is a vendor tabletop option for sales representatives and advertisers attending the conference. The display will be set up from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21.
