URBANDALE, Iowa — The North Central Poultry Association (NCPA) and the Iowa Egg Council (IEC) have announced Mindy Larsen as their new chief executive officer for both organizations. The open position is due to the upcoming retirement of the current CEO, Kevin Stiles. Larsen will begin her tenure July 2.
