National Thanksgiving Turkeys head to new home at U of M

ST. PAUL, Minn. — The University of Minnesota’s College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences (CFANS) will be the new forever home to the official National Thanksgiving Turkey, Liberty, and its alternate, Bell, who were pardoned by President Joe Biden at the White House on Nov. 20.

This is the University of Minnesota’s first time serving as home of the National Thanksgiving Turkey.
