YONKERS, N.Y. -- Consumer Reports, a leading consumer research organization, has ranked Chick-fil-A as the top chicken chain in the U.S. for customer service and food.
The ranking is based on its first ever major fast food survey. The survey was based on responses from 36,733 subscribers to Consumer Reports who made more than 98,000 visits to 53 fast-food chains.
Chick-fil-A topped other chicken establishments "hands down," with "outstanding scores for politeness of staff, and high marks for food, value, and speed of service," Consumer Reports said in. . .
