TUCKER, Ga. — The International Rendering Symposium is returning to the 2015 International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE). The National Renderers Association is hosting the two-day symposium, which is $150 for registered Expo attendees.
The 2015 International Rendering Symposium will include a presentation by Dr. William Dozier, Auburn University, on the usefulness of rendered products in poultry feeding. Ansen Pond, Darling Ingredients, will discuss quality assurance in the rendering industry.
