CHICAGO — IFT15, hosted by the Institute of Food Technologists, will take place July 11-14, and will feature the latest food products, the hottest food trends and the most important developments in the science of food.
The theme for IFT15 is "Where Science Feeds Innovation." It will be held at McCormick Place South in Chicago.
A special interactive exhibit on the expo floor called the Transformation Lab will feature specialists providing information about the latest thinking on the food disgestion and health connection.
