NANTES, France — Egg Meat 2015 will take place May 10-13 at Westotel, Nantes. France
The French Branch of World’s Poultry Science Association (WPSA-FR) is hosting the event, which encompasses the XXII European Symposium on the Quality of Poultry Meat and the XVI European Symposium on the Quality of Eggs and Egg Products.
Preliminary symposium topics include discussion on consumer perception of poultry products, eggshell structure, genetic control of meat quality, egg nutrients, poultry meat microbiology and hygiene, impact of genetics and breeding and advances in egg processing technologies.
