Egg Farmers of America support Calif. lawsuit on Prop 2

LAKE PARK, Minn. — The Egg Farmers of America, a small but growing number of mainly Midwest egg farmers who do not want legislation mandating their production standards, has joined in support of California egg farmers by sending a contribution to the effort of challenging Prop 2. Proposition 2, which would regulate egg-laying hen enclosures in California, becomes mandatory on Jan. 15, 2015.
