CHICAGO — Conagra Brands has recently announced the company's plans to accelerate its transition to cage-free eggs, converting 100 percent of its egg usage to cage-free by the end of fiscal year 2024.
The company moved its original commitment to directly source 100 percent, cage-free eggs by 2025 up one year earlier.
Conagra plans to convert approximately 20 percent of its egg usage to cage-free by the end of fiscal year 2021; approximately 45–50 percent to cage-free by the end of fiscal year. . .
