PRINCETON, N.J. — Church & Dwight Co. Inc., the parent company of Arm & Hammer Animal and Food Production, has announced that it has acquired Passport Food Safety Solutions Inc. of West Des Moines, Iowa.
Passport Food Safety Solutions is a provider of a systems approach to help meat and poultry processors consistently address food safety standards. The acquisition became effective on March 8, 2018.
