Choct receives AFIA Poultry Nutrition Research Award

ARLINGTON, Va. — The American Feed Industry Association in partnership with the Poultry Science Association (PSA) has recognized Dr. Mingan Choct, professor at the University of New England, for his contributions to poultry nutrition.

Bob Hill of H.J. Baker & Bro. Inc., presented the Poultry Nutrition Research Award to Choct during the annual PSA meeting in Louisville, Ky.

"In addition to his position with the University of New England, Mingan is the CEO of the Poultry Cooperative Research Center, which focuses on helping Australia achieve sustainable poultry production," said Richard Sellers, AFIA senior vice president of legislative and regulatory affairs. . .
