MOULTON, Ala. — In a desire to help local families in need, Lawrence Medical Center and Huntsville Hospital are sponsoring a canned goods food drive in conjunction with the ninth annual Alabama Chicken and Egg Festival (ACEF).
Festival goers to this year's ACEF on Friday night will receive free admission with the donation of two or more cans of chicken soup. The food drive will benefit the Good Samaritan, a food pantry serving the citizens of Lawrence County.
