WASHINGTON — West Liberty Foods of Tremonton, Utah, is recalling approximately 34,075 pounds of grilled chicken breast products that may be contaminated with pieces of plastic, USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced.
The products, produced on Feb. 4, 2015, are 25-pound cardboard boxes containing 5-5-pound plastic bags of “Subway Fully Cooked Grilled chicken Breast Patty with Rib Meat.
The products bear the establishment number “EST. 34349 or P-34349” inside the USDA mark of inspection. The items produced were shipped to restaurants in Illinois, Oklahoma, Minnesota, Nebraska and Texas. The company has already contacted. . .
