Chicken products recalled due to misbranding, undeclared allergens

WASHINGTON — Prime Pak Foods of Gainesville, Ga., is recalling approximately 23,250 pounds of fully cooked breaded chicken breast and tender products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, USDA’s Food Safety & Inspection Service has announced. The products were formulated with eggs, milk and wheat, known allergens which are not declared on the product label.

Products being recalled are two 5-pound bags in a 10-pound box each of “Wegmans Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Breast Strips,” product code 77064; “Wegmans Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Breast Strips,” product code 77065; “Sugar Lake Farms Fully Cooked Breaded Chicken Tender,” product. . .
