Chick-fil-A donates 10M meals through Shared Table program

 ATLANTA — Chick-fil-A and its local franchised restaurant operators recently surpassed the milestone of donating more than 10 million meals to those in need through the Chick-fil-A Shared Table program, which helps fight food insecurity in local communities across the country.

Since its inception in 2012, the food donation program has grown to include more than 1,200 participating restaurants across 47 states and Washington, D.C., ensuring leftover food from Chick-fil-A® restaurant kitchens is turned into meals for those who may otherwise go hungry, the company noted.
