FRANKLIN, Tenn. — CKE Restaurants Holdings Inc., which operates Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. restaurants, has announced a new agreement with Boparan Restaurant Group to develop Carl's Jr.® restaurants in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
