WASHINGTON — Dr. Denise Brinson has been named senior coordinator of the National Poultry Improvement Plan with offices in Conyers, Ga.
She has served as acting senior coordinator of NPIP for the past six months.
The NPIP is a cooperative industry-state-federal program aimed at the elimination and control of specific diseases of poultry breeders as well as administration of the notifiable avian influenza program.
