AUBURN, Ala. — The 2nd annual Food Entrepreneur Conference will be held Feb. 27-28 at the Prattville Marriott in Prattville, Ala.
The conference is hosted by Auburn University Food Systems Institute and the Alabama Cooperative Extension System.
The two-day event will feature experts from Auburn University speaking on numerous aspects of running a food business, from writing a business plan and finding financing to product marketing and navigating a maze of regulations.
