CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — Dr. Jayson Lusk, professor and the Willard Sparks Endowed Chair in the Agricultural Economics Department at Oklahoma State University, will present the keynote address at the American Meat Science Association 67th Reciprocal Meat Conference.
The conference will be held June 15-18 at the Monona Terrace Conference Center in Madison, Wis., and hosted by the University of Wisconsin and Kraft Foods Inc./Oscar Mayer.
